With more than 20 years experience designing fitness programs, Mary Anne Cappellino has helped thousands of people change their bodies and direct their minds in new and positive ways.
Among her many certifications, Mary Anne holds credentials from the American Association for Fitness and Aerobics, the Cooper Aerobic Research Institute, Zumba Fitness, Body Recall Older Adult Exercise and “Silver Sneakers” Health Care Dimensions. She’s also received the New York State Physical Activity Coalition Chairman’s Award. Mary Anne is the Founder of the Independent Health Kids Run held in Western NY annually. Mary Anne teaches Zumba, Zumba Toning and Interval Sculpt classes for the BAC for Women and also offers school assembly programs with her childrens book series on healthy living.
Her media work coupled with her years of experience as an assistant director of a fitness program for a local HMO makes Mary Anne especially qualified as a wellness consultant and speaker. For more than 20 years, audiences have learned, laughed and launched into exercise programs, inspired by Mary Anne’s creative and unique presentations. Mary Anne is the author of The Climb, an inspirational book for women, “Think Your Body Fit” motivational CD and The Most Clever Frog, a children’s book about healthy lifestyle choices.
